NAACP "Affirming America's Promise" 29th Annual Freedom Fund Banquet



NAACP "Affirming America's Promise" 29th Annual Freedom Fund Banquet will be held at the Hilton Naples Florida Hotel on October 29, 2011.  Tickets are currently available
Each year, the funds raised go to support or sponsor:

• Funded laptops to high school students.
• Supported educational scholarship programs.
• Sponsored the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Essay Contest.
• BTS/SIS – Back to School/Stay in School Program for high school students.
• ACT-SO (Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics) An enrichment program designed to recruit, stimulate, and encourage high academics and cultural achievement among school students. The program relies on the dedication and commitment of community and business leaders who volunteer as mentors and coaches to promote academic and artistic excellence and to make a difference in the lives of the future of Collier County youth.
• Legal Redress - Legal direction in the area of discrimination.
